It’s a nice light gold colour (small pureed carrot for colour). I over cooked it a bit, so it’s a touch mottled, but other wise great. Next time I think 1/2 an hour will be enough (at 50 C).
Michelle’s soap looked nice with the bubble wrap honeycomb effect on the top, I’ll have to try [...]
I can’t get the soap right!
I’ve been experimenting with colouring the homemade soap and fragrance strength. My conclusion is thatI need at least 20ml of essential oils per pound for a strong enough scent, and that turmeric is bloody useless in colouring the soap yellow.
